Introduction:

Are you looking for a math tutor? My name is Kipp, and I have been involved with math for over 32+ years. My goal here is very simple, I want to provide a tutoring session that quickly addresses the needs of each student at a fraction (pun intended!) of the cost for professional tutoring sites.

I want to engage students in their mathematical thinking, and try to facilitate a learning mind set. I want students to ask questions, to share their thoughts and learn from making mistakes (I make tons of mistakes all the time!). I want students to get comfortable with mathematics, and continue to grow as mathematical thinkers. I continue to grow and learn everyday because of what students share with me.

How are sessions conducted?

Sessions can be face to face, if local, or remote via Google Meet, or Zoom, or MS Teams.
Right now, sessions are available Monday through Thursday, and limited sessions Saturday and Sunday.
ALL TIMES MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME (MST).
Sessions are a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 55 minutes.
One 30 minute session - half per hour rate + $2.50 charge (subject to availability).
Students should have notes and examples from class to support discussion.
Students just need questions and a desire to learn, share and engage!
